FLORIDA STATE UNARMED SECURITY OFFICER COURSE

This 42-hour course valid for the Florida State Security Officer ‘D’ license is presented by GOLD Security School license DS1900058 and taught by licensed instructors in Florida.
It consists of 18 chapters which will prepare you not only to obtain the license but also to be a professional security officer.
FIREARMS SECURITY
Learn the legal and safe use of firearms, based on the laws of Florida USA.
This course is necessary as a review for all people who own firearms or are planning to buy one.
If you own a firearm and feel unsafe regarding its legal use, prohibited sites, how to travel with your firearm, such as interacting with the police, security measures and more, it will be of great help.
Florida State G License
28 hrs must be completed at our location.
The State of Florida requires a total of 28-hours of instruction for Class “G” license training. At Capital Security Academy, we offer the 28-hours of Class “G” training over a 4-day period in the classroom.
CONCEALED WEAPONS LICENSE
Specific Objective:
This course is valid to obtain the CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETEment that Florida law requires to qualify for the “W” hidden weapon carry license, which will allow you to carry hidden firearms and firearms in public sites for self-defense.
Requirements:
Be 21 years of age or older unless you are serving in the armed forces, as defined in Section 50.01, of the Florida Statutes, or if you are a veteran of the United States Armed Forces with honorable discharge.
You must be an American citizen or have permanent residence.
You must submit the CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETE of a course of security measures with firearms demonstrating your competence with firearms. (the certificate you will receive when completing this course)
Don’t have a criminal record that prevents you from carrying guns.
This is a course combined with an online class share that you will complete at home based on the time you have and a practical share with a certified firearms instructor where you will practice, manipulate and fire a firearm, a prerequisite for the course to be valid for processing the “W” license in the Licensing Division of the Florida Department of Agriculture.

The registered student for the combined class will also be able to attend a full 3-hour face-to-face class if desired at any time at no additional cost.
